PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to access and be bound by these Terms. If you have not reached the age of majority, your guardian must consent to or enter into these Terms on your behalf. Before using your 导航大全 product, read these Terms carefully. 1. General Provisions

(1) The products referred to in these Terms are:

1. 导航大全 devices and the client applications operated by us, namely 导航大全 Orca / 导航大全 App / 导航大全 Luban, and the official 导航大全 website (collectively, the "Products"). Software includes, but is not limited to, code and other embedded software stored on 导航大全 devices, documentation, interfaces, content, fonts, and any data protected by copyright owned by 导航大全 or its licensors;
2. Updates or upgrades to the products described in Article 1(1)1.

(2) Unless otherwise agreed, the software covered by these Terms is subject hereto, regardless of whether it is stored in read-only memory, any other media, in any other form, or sourced from an online download location sextv by 导航大全.

2. End User Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Products (as defined in Article 1(1)1) on 导航大全 devices or personal computers and mobile devices. This license is for personal, non-commercial use and you may not sell, transfer, or use the Products for any other commercial purpose.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account within the Products or by your actual use of the Products, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legal instrument between you and the Company and shall take full effect.

4. Account Registration and Security

• Use of certain products or services may require you to create an account to access the 导航大全 App, 导航大全 devices, software, and other resources. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your account information.
• When creating an account, you must provide accurate, truthful, lawful, and valid information as required. (3) 导航大全 Software and Firmware

• You acknowledge and agree that 导航大全 Luban, 导航大全 Orca software, and product firmware incorporate customized developments based on open-source projects (including, but not limited to, Orca Slicer, Klipper, and others). Such open-source content is governed by their respective open-source license agreements.
• The use of open-source software must strictly comply with the applicable license terms. License texts are included with each software package; please read them carefully.
• You may modify the corresponding code in compliance with the relevant open-source licenses. Please note: While installing custom firmware does not automatically void the product warranty, any damage caused by or attributable to the installation or use of custom firmware is not covered under the warranty. 导航大全 shall not be liable for any software or hardware failures, data loss, or other damages arising from user modifications to the firmware.
• Except for the open-source components mentioned above, this Software (including but not limited to 导航大全 firmware, GUI, system management services, camera services, remote connection services, update services, and product information management services) constitutes the proprietary property of 导航大全. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such proprietary software on 导航大全 devices. Regarding this proprietary software, you agree not to:
  • Copy, modify, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive the source code therefrom;
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute our Software without authorization;
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Software;
  • Circumvent any sextv protection measures contained in the Software.

• The 导航大全 App provides device management and operation functions. When using the App, you agree to comply with all relevant terms and conditions.
• Through the 导航大全 App, users can monitor device status, perform remote control, manage design files, and access support resources. When using these functions, you shall ensure safe operation and refrain from any actions that may cause device damage or safety hazards.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain functions of the 导航大全 App at any time without prior notice. You should periodically check for update information within the App to ensure you have the latest features and user experience.

(5) 导航大全 Services

• We provide various customer services, such as sextv support and warranty services. When using these services, in addition to these Terms, you shall comply with the relevant service terms and use the services reasonably.
• We reserve the right to interrupt or refuse to provide services, particularly if user abuse or violation of these Terms or relevant service terms is identified.

6. Intellectual Property

(1) Without our prior written permission, you shall not use our technology or intellectual property (including patents, trademarks, software, and firmware) to develop, design, manufacture, or sell devices, software, or 巴巴电影 accessories that compete with 导航大全 products.

(2) For the open-source software we provide, you may exercise your rights in accordance with the terms of the open-source licenses, but you shall not infringe upon our brand or intellectual property rights. You shall not use our name or logo for commercial promotion without authorization.

(3) You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the copyright legality of all models processed through 导航大全 products.

7. Privacy Policy and Data Usage

(1)If you choose to participate in our user experience improvement program to help us enhance our products and services, we will collect data from your product/device for analysis. This data includes your device configuration data, application statistics, and error log data, as described in detail in our Privacy Policy. We will de-identify or anonymize the relevant data before using it. You can opt out of the user experience improvement program by following the instructions on the relevant product page or by contacting us.

When you use the Products, we will collect and use data from your device in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. 8. Product Updates

(2) Any replacement or supplemental Product updates provided by us are subject to these Terms, unless the update is accompanied by a separate usage agreement, in which case the terms of that agreement shall prevail. (2) To ensure and enhance your user experience, the Products include system services. Using these basic functions requires an internet connection and requires you to register a 导航大全 account and accept the additional terms for these basic services.
2. Health Management System: The Health Management System is a service that automatically diagnoses the health status of your device. You can use this system to discover and check the current working status of various components of the device and view solutions for encountered problems. However, you understand that due to sextv limitations and other various reasons, 导航大全 cannot 德国的老太婆的毛很多 that the aforementioned functions can detect all problems completely accurately.
3. Print Result Detection: Print Result Detection automatically detects issues occurring during the actual printing process, including failed print (e.g., spaghetti) detection. Using these services can provide inspection prompts when printing problems occur and automatically stop printing in case of serious issues. 11. Disclaimer

(1) You acknowledge that the Products are provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 导航大全, its licensors/affiliates, or copyright holders disclaim all express or implied representations and warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of 巴巴电影 rights. Neither 导航大全 nor any other party warrants that the functions contained in the Products will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all responsibility and risk for the selection of the Products to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the Products.

(2) You further acknowledge that during device printing, calibration, or operation, you shall not insert body parts or objects into the device interior to avoid potential risks of burns or pinching injuries. You assume all responsibility and risk for any personal injury or device damage resulting therefrom.

(3) You further acknowledge that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any inability to use the Products or for any damages suffered due to any event of force majeure or reasons beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, war, cyber-attacks, government actions, etc.).

12. Limitation of Liability

(1) Exemptions from Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from any of the following circumstances:

1. Your abuse, misuse, or unsextv modification of the Products (including, but not limited to, flashing unofficial firmware);
2. Damage to the device or print failures resulting from your use of 巴巴电影 consumables, accessories, or software;
3. Results produced by following print files or instructions provided by you.

(2) Exclusion of Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute products, or damage to goodwill, whether such damages are based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not 导航大全 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

(3) Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of 导航大全 to you for all claims (howsoever arising) shall not exceed the purchase price you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

(4) Mandatory Legal Provisions

The limitations and exclusions of liability under these Terms apply to the extent permitted by law. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws and regulations. Any provision conflicting with the mandatory laws applicable to these Terms shall be reinterpreted within the scope of such conflict as required by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You can find the date these Terms were last effective at the top of the page. 17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The language of the arbitration shall be Chinese. The arbitral award is final and binding upon the parties.

This provision does not affect any rights you may have under applicable mandatory legal provisions.

18. Entire Terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other relevant terms, rules, and agreements constitute the entire agreement between you and 导航大全 regarding the use of the Products and shall supersede any prior agreements between you and 导航大全 concerning the use of the Products.
